I was dissatisfied with my experience with Dr NGO. I felt rushed and not much help from him. I had to make sure I get my medication refills before I was pushed out the door. Instead of focusing on the health of his patient he ensured he asked for a great Google review. Front office staff only cares about collecting money because that is all he cares about. Some of the best/caring staff of his has quit because of him. I'm moving on myself because I feel that it's getting worse with care and compassion. WOW I think I just put a target on my chart after doing this review. I just called for a prescription refill and they denied the request because the prescription was "inappropriate" whatever that means. They were the ones that prescribed it for me.

I am a new patient at Sand Bay and I am so pleased with the service that has been provided to me. Lori at the front desk is absolutely amazing she is so kind and attentive, there is no question you can't ask her that she wouldn't be able to answer. Also I would like to add that their phlebotomist Mike is beyond amazing I had blood work done and it didn't even hurt I didn't even feel the needle I'm very happy to be able to put my trust into someone like that it shows that he has a true passion for what he does, truly commendable. And last but not least I would like to thank my doctor Amy for being so amazing as well she answers any questions I have and any concerns and she is so proud of my progress which makes me feel just as great the office is full of fun laughter and encouragement and most importantly healing if you're looking for people who care about you this is the place you should go

Dr Ngo is the best doctor on the planet. He always has your best interest when it comes to your health and explains everything clearly. I have been a patient for many years along with my wife and 2 sons. I am 100% confident in his ability to diagnose and properly treat me and my family. Thank You!
