I was referred to Dr. Wallace by a friend to have him be my primary doctor. I live in Florida and I live in Arkansas. I have a current situation where by I can't fly out there right now. I recently did blood work for him so that my high blood pressure medication could be refilled. This was done. Now I need it filled again and he is refusing to refill my prescription. I'm out of pills. My blood pressure is very high without these pills. He obviously does not care. I have set an appointment here in Arkansas for some help next week. In the mean time I'm screwed without my prescription. I'm not impressed with Dr. Wallace. His decision is putting my life at risk.

Sick, stuck home from work, worried about making rent and definitely can't afford $130 for a covid test. Called to ask (politely) about a no insurance program someone had told me about. Girl on the phone is immediately super rude: "Um, yeah that was like, MONTHS ago." Could literally hear the eye roll in her voice. Thanks :/

Highly recommend if you need urgent care. I live out of state, was in town for just a few days and had an emergency need. I made several calls to other urgent care facilities closer to my location to ensure they could help but didnt get a good feeling from conversations with other facilites. When I called Bayside, they were so friendly on the phone, reassured me right away they could help. There was no wait and the staff was incredibly helpful and made sure they talked through the treatment options. We saw the physicians assistant Aerial and she was beyond thorough and made our trip to urgent care while on vacation not seem so bad!

Hi Trav Rac, yes we do accept Cigna OAP / CONNECT / PPO / HMO. If you are not sure about your plan you can call your insurance and ask them if we are in network. Have a great day!
Hi Amber, standard office visit starts at $115 for new patients, $100 for returning (without insurance). To test if you have influenza would be $40. Hi Fran! Unfortunately, we do not accept Kaiser. With that insurance you would have to go to a Kaiser facility. However, we can still see you anytime and have affordable self pay prices for patients as well. If you have any other questions, please let us know!

Hi Amber! If you do not have insurance we can collect payment same day or you can do the payment plan option, where you pay 50% down and break up the rest however you like. If you have insurance we collect a copay if it applies, and bill to your insurance. We always inform you of costs before any procedures are done to ensure it is okay with the patient.
