"Excellent experience" My appointment was on time mostly important the front desk staff requested all the important documents for the claim to process correctly. The nurse that did my assessment, was very professional but when he required my attention he took control of the conversation. Dr. Sylvia, I appreciate how quickly we came to know why I was not feeling well. Your bedside manners are wonderful and I thank you for taking the time to collaborate with me on the process of billing. I have always vocalized how a claim should be handled. "start right & end right" The process starts when the patient walks in the front door. I am pleased with the total experience I received at the BayCare Urgent care facility on Belcher Rd located in Clearwater, Fl. Thank You!

Being in an ungodly amount of pain, the staff did a GREAT job dealing and putting up with me, as I am not pleasany when I am in pain. They took me in quickly, and helped elsewhere pain before I had to go to an eye specialist. What ever they did, actually cleared out what ever was I my eye, and I didn't have to go to a specialist after all. So I think they did a great job. I would for sure recommend this location to anyone. Good job guys.

Just moved here so I don’t have a primary care, didn’t have to wait long. Everyone I encountered was very nice and welcoming. The checkin process was fast. My Dr who I believe his name was Steven was very helpful and told me I should probably go to the ER that’s more equipped to handle my symptoms and run proper tests. He told me what he thought it could be and was spot on when I did get my diagnosis from the ER. Would highly recommend this urgent care and will be back!

Yes they treat pretty much anything unless you need a specialist. They will take care of the immediate problem then direct you to where you need to go if you need anything special
They don't provide heavy narcotic medication. This is a urgent care for everyday issues. If you have a pinched nerve and are seeking meds you need to go to a pain management doctor
Unlikely. It's more for urgent care that usually doesn't involve an emergency room.
Realistically it depends on the insurance that you have and if you don't then it probably base cost is 300$ it all just depends on the region of the head too, in all realism I suggest just calling them and asking

I know they can do x-rays, but not sure if they have the equipment to do a scan like a CT or MRI.
They do provide referral for additional imaging like ultrasounds or CT scans if need be and will call you with the results
