I came into the emergency room in extreme pain I spent 3 days there with no change of clothes ,no tooth brush . Had use the gurney to lay on. I spent all that time with no sleep. It was a horrible night. They have taken a bad turn. Never go back. Nurses talked at the top of their lungs not caring who is trying to rest.will probably charge full price for the room so disappointed in a place I really liked.

Dr. Nightingale and the staff were wonderful and kind to my daughter, who hurt her eye. We were in and out in less than an hour. The nurses were kind and gentle. Was hesitant to choose this ER due to some negative reviews, but our experience was one of the best ER experiences we have had. Thanks!

I went in to be seen about colorectal issues and I ended up getting ridiculed and publicly humiliated because I took too long in the bathroom. The doctor was very unprofessional and he opened the bathroom door several times after talking to me through the door and knowing that I was okay. He didn't have a very professional way of talking to me either he talked down to me from the minute he saw me.

It's taken me almost 7 months to feel okay enough to write this review and even then I'm using a fake name and an random account I've made out of fear for someone getting there before me, I've only been here once but they kept my son and I safe until I got someone to pick us up and take us away from my abuser. The nurses and doctors were all so sweet, I lied to them about what happened out of fear but they knew. And it felt so good to be seen even though I denied it, I'll be returning soon to get my son's medical record from that night and to hopefully see those people again to thank them 🥺 even the security lady was the nicest person she followed us out to the car and took me out of earshot from my mom to ask if I was going to be okay
