I made a 1020 appointment because i had to be somewhere. I understand you may run late. A women cane up to the provider and said she could not check in but had a 1030 appointment. Fine. Then she decided to take her first. Now I am going to be at least an hour late to where I needed to be. What was the point of the appointment I made if I could walk up and get taken first. Completely rude and no regard to peoples time.

Staff was very rude and seemed in a rush. Told me the testing I requested could not be done today, despite not listing that anywhere on their website.

Incompetence. I went in because my insurance covers these visits 100%. I signed in and eventually got called back into a room where the assistant went over my insurance information and told me that I would be paying a (specialist) co-pay of $50. I informed her that the insurance covers it completely and she told me again that it would be $50 and that she's never heard of that besides an annual checkup occasionally being covered 100%. I said no thanks, I'll just go to my regular doctor. I went out to my car and called my insurance company who then attempted to call the minute clinic to confirm their coverage. After 30 minutes of being on hold, I told the insurance rep that I would not be spending anymore time waiting on this place. Don't waste your time here.

Super friendly, very convenient because you can get your scripts right there in minutes, love my Dr but this place great when you're not feeling the greatest and just want to get in and out. I made a 9:10 appointment was seen right away in and out and back home in no time.
