most rude man ive ever met who barley speaks English. He was YELLING at a customer when i came in, i then tried to ship a package with a pre pay label I already paid for and said it would cost 9 dollars more and it was imposable to get out today at 9:30 am. i went to a differ location and it was no problem here is your receipt sir. This man needs to be fired.

Nice folks.....in general (with specific exceptions) but HORRIBLY Understaffed. And WHY doesn't this location have a self service Island??? It's ridiculous not to have one as so many other Offices have closed - leaving this the only option within a reasonable distance. The lines at this location are OFTEN ridiculous.....this problem could be mitigated with the reinstatement of a Self Service option. Not to mention the benefit of after-hours service using one.

This location seems short staffed, the only one I ever see working is Wes, but he is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and always patient and kind. Be prepared for a line but if Wes is working it will go as fast as it can. If you have a prepaid label for your package and don’t care about a receipt you don’t need to stand in line, you can just put it at the desk. They do passport applications/renewals, and will take a passport photo for $15.
