Absolutely horrible. Staff is NOT Nice, they get upset when you ask a question (THAT THEY ONLY KNOW THE ANSWER TOO) and I felt very unwelcomed standing in line waiting my turn.

Usps.com , help tab, missing mail. Please contact the sender and advise them of the situation and ask for a replacement because you never received the item. Also ask them to add a tracking number( at least you will know who to hold accountable).

As already said, follow up in person because USPS does not do well with their online functionality. I had a package at their location with no updates online for two weeks. They are most likely being hit hard while understaffed.

I can tell you that not all routes are going out everyday. All parcels are tho... But even those are backed up do much, their running out of room. We're all working 12+ hours and are overwhelmed to say the least. Be patient please, we're all very stressed, under manned
Go to the front window and ask the clerk to put your mail on hold for specific dates. When you get home go back and ask for your held mail and have them start delivery again
The Item I am waiting for has been at this post office on 16 mile road since 6/22/20 10:00AM. I just received my mail today ( Wednesday ) and my item was not there.The Item has been at this post office for three days.I don't understand why it has not been delivered? Can I come and pick it up? I only live 4 miles from the post office.
