Call the department and make a noise complaint. They'll send an officer out there as soon as they're available. I know it shouldn't be a wait, but I know how they operate working within the department firsthand. Just make the call, and go from there.

What should I do if my alcoholic wife is trying to drive to the store drunk? Should I just call the police? My understanding is that I cannot physically intervene.
