Kim And one of the female managers( Black lady) I can't remember her name I think it was Lena, They were EXTREMLY nice! very patient. very polite. They are the only reason why I am staying with Xfinity. I had been having issue with Xfinity for a month now. They were able to help me and did it with a smile. Even stayed late to help. THAT IS AMAZING COSTUMER SERVICE! SO GIVE THEM A RAISE or a BONUS bc they saved Xfinity from losing a few costumers.

I had such an amazing experience the first time( bill that was $343 - resulting in a refund) that when an offer came to my new pkace for $19.99 internet, I drove back to the same store. A different associate took care of me, directed me to Best Buy for modem/ router. It's worth the drive. Then have a tablet to sign in, comfortable seating & they keep it all moving @ a pretty good clip. Kevin was fantastic & everything worked as promised! No phone#. The trek is worth it!

Comcast lies about speed.. And their customer service is horrible. All my dvr'd shows skip throughout the actual show, but the commercials come through perfectly. I pay $200 a month for residential service and have a cap on my data limit. Ive lost alot of my channels, its just disgusting what they do to their customers. I have sat on hold for 8 hours in 1 day! What am i paying for??
I don't use the mobile as I have unlimited data with Verizon
