Asked for turkey and bologna. The gentleman put both meat pieces to slice straight on a counter that was being used to cut up meat. I was given turkey and bologne plates with blood all over them and small pieces of meat were on my turkey and balogne. The gentleman didn’t even change his gloves. I was shocked to see all this happen. Not as sanitary and clean as it seemed to be!

This was my first time buying lamb from a real butcher. The service and pricing were excellent, and they were able to cut a whole lamb leg right in front of me.
