It was OK. Would I go back? Probably not.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun my kids had at this place. We were literally there for over 5 hours and they were still asking to stay. There are multiple places to bounce and climb to burn off a lot of energy quickly lol. Then, there’s a pretty big selection of arcade games for them to play while they digest their pizza before going back to jumping and climbing. Lol. It was really great. We will definitely be back.

My son and I went here the afternoon of 10/7/22 between 4pm and 7:30 pm. First, the team that was working was amazing with parents and most of all with the kids. I genuinely felt that it was important to them that we felt welcomed and that we enjoyed our time there. I was so pleasantly surprised by how great they were. It was our first time there and it was a treat. Not only were they terrific but the the place was well staffed on a Friday afternoon, and I noticed the team members shifting jobs….like lifeguards to stay fresh, alert, and safe. Second, the place is clean, organized, and safe for fun. It was well designed (the layout, and movement in and out of experiences) with fun and safety in mind. It was easier to relax here, because it was easy to keep tabs/watch over my son as he moved in and out of experiences. Third, there is so much to do! Something my son loved the most were the trampolines where you would be in the video game while on the trampoline. He loved that thing. It was great to see him being active while playing a video game! He also loved the mini bowling…which surprised me because he does not like to bowl….and of course the bumper cars! Oh yeah…the laser tag was so big…and 3 levels. Super cool! We will be back….and I am absolutely considering having his next birthday celebration here. Lastly, the cost was reasonable. We got the 2 hours for $30 and loaded up a card with tokens for the video games. By the time we were done with our time there…it seemed more than reasonable and well worth it! I bought a Zap Zone Robot bobble head from the prize booth before we left as a keepsake for our day and it is sitting in a prime spot in my son’s room. 👍🤖💙

Yes, they have handicapped parking right up front and no curbs or stairs to get into the building.
Entertainment books really help with coupons too! That's how our family was able to get tons of tokens
A card.
Yes but they close At like 10:30
Yes you can have parties. Not sure of the price. You would need to call them.
With a $20 bill, you can get 70-some credits on a play-card. Most games are 2-6 credits a play.
$30 per person that's playing. 4pm to 8pm is unlimited attractions. No arcades! You pay for arcades separately.
7 days a week. As far as I know!
I went the cheapest way possible all I did was get the cards and I didn't rent the space they told me for what I was doing I was going to have to pay almost 400 for 6 kids and I wasn't allowed to bring food too bad so sad and I would have to pay for food separately not going to do that and I'm on a budget too
There's no zap zone in warren but the one in sterling heights is open
Free entry. There's tons to do for fun and deals you can buy without having a "birthday party".
Everything is separate. Best to call them
Only if you're a participant in one of the activities like Lazer tag
I'm not really sure. I think you might be able to
You can only bring a cake in if you are having a party with us. We require you to have a private party room to be able to bring in a cake! Hopefully this helps
Yes, they have food. Not sure if you can bring in outside food.
Our attractions range anywhere from $4 to $8 per person. Our arcade is token based so tokens are either 4 for $1 or 100 for $20. We do have combo packages as well. $18 will get you your choice of 3 attractions per child or $22 will get you your choice of 4 attractions per person!
Like others said, it depends on the activity. You can get certain packages to save money though, or there are usually BOGO coupons if you have an Entertainment book membership. I think Tuesday evening there is a $4 for anything special (might want to check first, as this might have been a limited offer).
Yes
