Worst customer service ever. Wait long. Then get no answers. Horrible experience every time. A lot like going to detroit receiving hospital...lol
Even worse are the call centers you get if you try calling Xfinity. They don’t seem to have anything but canned responses to anything. Like they are given a list of 6-7 sentences to say and arnt allowed to say anything but those sentences. Might as well stick to the automated system for all it’s worth. Customer service with comcast is horrible. Ironic they keep showing ads saying how they are making sure they are customer focused when they obviously arnt
