SHAUNDA the one that always works in the middle. Has 0 customer service skills and 0 knowledge. It's always ' I don't know' 'go read the website' if you pressure her to go ask and find out she will use that excuse to go in the back for minimum 10 minutes and probably just sits on her phone. Constantly yelling at older people and rude to others. When I say yelling yes she yells. I swear one more time she yells at the elderly I'm calling the cops on her she's disgusting.

Informed delivery doesn't guarantee it will be the same day. It should show up within another day or two. I have had it happen to me also, and I'm a mail carrier.

Yes, but only if you meet certain parameters. Less than 13 oz. OR have a printed shipping label with a barcode. Putting in a pickup request online will also help you to alert the carrier to pick it up.
I just read something on the Canadian Postal strike, that may be the cause of the problem. I just copied and pasted what I found from a Nov 20, 2018 article on the strike. What does this mean for my packages? Although each city is only affected 24 hours at a time, strikes at distribution hubs and sorting centres have led to an estimated 30-day backlog, according to the CBC. Mail and parcels are shipped to these centres before distribution, and the CBC reported there were 600 unloaded tractor-trailers with around 2,500 parcels in each one. The situation is especially bad in southern and southwestern Ontario, because of a backlog of hundreds of transport trailers sitting idle at its main Toronto sorting facility.
