Every package, not envelopes but actual packages, it's delayed by a day or two and tracking states a time stamp saying "delivery attempted could not access delivery location" 😑 I live in a house, no gates, no apartment, no multi mailbox area.

Blonde zombie lady answers the little blue door, honestly I was taken back by her demeanor. She resembled one of Charles Manson’s female followers 😵💫. Asked to drop off a prepaid return, she says, we don’t do that. I pointed to the sign on the door that said they do…she said well where’s your label, I said I have a QR code, she says we don’t do that. Basically any excuse to be as unhelpful as possible.

Yes you can. It's a small entrance in the front of the building, not through the gates. The first driveway to the left once you turn onto Samohin. And there is a clerk at the window that can look up your package.
Hardly ever get my mail delivered my home any more.
Sometimes if the regular carrier is out. Sign up for informed delivery on the USPS website and you can see what is supposed too to be delivered daily.
Google Pontiac post office not 800 number it's going to be a pre-recorded message you can ask to speak to the Postmaster General and get all the information you need but that doesn't work you can contact any post office anywhere and ask to speak to the Postmaster General someone will have an answer for you
The phone number is not an open number to the public. I've asked when I was there and the closest office that will answer is in Sterling Heights
