UPDATE: Just got in touch and they said the package weighs too much. It’s 33 pounds and USPS apparently can’t handle that but they want me to. Pathetic. Just moved here. Very upset that this is the post office we are stuck with. I’ve re ordered a package 3 times and they won’t deliver it. For absolutely no reason. Doordashers can find my house but the actual United States Postal Service can’t find competent enough workers. I’m nine months pregnant and they want me to pick up a 40 pound dresser. Disgusting. So appalled at this service and lack of care at all. Will only order through other carriers as long as I can help it. Hopefully I have a freakin baby dresser by the time he gets here. I’m so mad at this situation. And no one will do anything to fix it.

Now a days they have removed the option to ring the bell after getting inside the room. Handicap entrance button does not work even though there are markers telling us to get in by using the button

Nasty people work here. I see the rating of this place is so low. I don’t know where is the manager of this place and why he’s not working hard to improve the customer service. The employees think that they own this place and a customer works for them..

Worst postal carriers ever!!! If I order anything and it's not tracked I never receive it. The manager does nothing about or even cares it seems. Even when my packages are shipped with tracking they are still delivered to the wrong place. Out of 10 packages this year only two have arrived at my home when I was notified they were delivered. Ridiculous !!
