Honestly such great customer service! I’ve been having issues with my iPhone and have needed to come back multiple times in order to figure out how to go about ordering a new phone and they were so helpful and never frustrated with how need I was😂 Really happy with my experience. I have a new phone ordered and setting everything up was so quick. And to anyone coming in anytime close to closing time, why? Nobody in customer service appreciates this, just don’t do it😂

The store says they close at 7 , we were here 6:42 , The manager says they are running an update on the system and won't be able to help us. How would a person driving 45 minutes react to this? Shouldn't we customers know about this beforehand? When I asked the manager he says , he doesn't take care of it. I requested him to inform his seniors about this.
