Online says they close at 6 on the doors and signs it says both 3pm and 5pm and 6pm in different spots. Walk in because I see people in line at 3:40 and the lady says we’re closed and I’m about to lock all the doors. Get this situated please. I can’t be driving aro by me all day going out of my way looking for a post office to drop off a package

Closed my box at this location and received rude and unprofessional service. Part of the problem is this location doesn’t have an on-site supervisor. She’s located at the Mt. Clemens location. I guess out of sight, out of mind and the reviews reflect it.

Lady behind the counter needs to learn to mind her business and stay in her own conversation. While she was having a personal conversation with the person infront of us I was talking to my husband about a work situation. She refused to service us until we "told her what we were talking about." She whined about our parking. We went to walk out to fix it and she would not stop nagging the entire time we walked out. I She gave attitude when I didn't put the envelope in the right spot on the counter. She was also complaining to the customer in front of us how badly she gets treated by customers. I absolutely see why now. I'm an advocate for customer service people being treated with respect and like human beings but with her power trip attitude she absolutely deserves most of it.
