No they do not but Discount Tire depending on where it needs to repair their do it for free
Yes, but only after several tens of thousands of miles, depending upon the manufacturer's recommendations and the condition of coolant. The guys at B&R Quick Lube have been taking care of our cars fluids and lubrication for years, ever since they opened up. In one of our vehicles we have done it twice, about every 90,000 miles. In another vehicle we have done it twice, about every 65,000 miles. I have also had my kids cars done there, and have been very happy with their work and the longevity of the vehicles - because of the maintenance.
