Product is sub par and had several issues with delivery. All of which were brought up with local distributor. When I got no help from them I contacted Central States Manufacturing directly and was put in touch with Mike Bell who was the regional sales representative. He assured me all issues would be handled and addressed. It has been 3 months later and still no resolution. So I reached out again asking for someone to help and was transferred to sales manager named John whom never answered so I left a message explaining the issues I was having with a $12,000 order and how Mike was not being of any help. He never called back either

The best job ive ever had. Awesome benefits and pay. They seem to really care about their employees and treat you with respect which there is not many places anywhere that will do that. But i actually love my job now. Its great place to work
