We recently had a medical issue and was denied by management to break a lease. Even though my daughter HAS lived there for about 6 years, never late ON HER RENT. You're lucky to have anyone in management to have a heart. They usually will look at you as if you are crazy to even ask such a request. No matter they would lease your apt anyway within 30 days.AND MAKE DOUBLE They won't even care if this is a negative review because they don't seem to care about their tenants, their not just someone who rents from them, they're families. Who sometimes have medical issues that are not their fault, but at least they could try to show some compassion. I won't go into personal details, but don't expect help or understanding from management. They will look at you with uncaring eyes and attitude. Not all but some of them. I won't mention names. Praying to God that when you rent at this high cost apt, that you are renting for area and lake not management team do your research first. And ask how these Apts really are including management because once you sign your theirs. And if something happens after signing you're in it! My warning DON'T. AND I DONT LIVE THERE NOR WILL I BUT I WRITING THIS FOR OTHEFS!. WHO HAVE NOT EXPRESSED THEIR OPINIONS. BUT WHO DO LIVE THERE OR LEAVING. There are other, even townhouses for the sa.e rent. Do your research, find other resources to live. details but hopefully you don't ask for understanding on Chelsea's management team to help or understand, there is no compassion or heart. Just money! People don't matter! to the. It won't matter. I know there are rules and regulations especially when8th you sign your wages a

PLEASE READ BEFORE LIVING HERE - This is the most ridiculously overpriced apartment complex in all of Kirkland. You are paying for location only, not quality of living. Not only are you paying at least $1600/month for a hot stuffy apartment with no AC, you will also have constant lost or stolen mail with no help from the management staff to locate it. In addition, they are known to have issues with water leaks. The apartment above mine flooded and caused severe ceiling damage to my apartment while I was out of town. The management team did the absolute minimum of notifying me when people would be entering my apartment, but failed to keep me updated on the state of my apartment. Come to find that they had completely neglected my apartment, leaving 7 industrial fans running in my apartment for 15 days. Upon my return, I could not step foot into my apartment due to the severe heat caused by the fans. My couch was hot to the touch, almost burned me. The team at Chelsea has given me nothing but robotic responses and “apologies for the inconvenience”. I cannot even get a hold of them to confirm that the equipment has been removed from my apartment so that I can return to pack my belongings and move out of there. Once I did get a hold of them and returned to my apartment, I found my personal belongings destroyed as well as damage to the dishwasher and door frame. 0 respect for my space or my belongings. After that, they were ignoring my emails about the damage until i personally went into the office to speak with someone about it. It took me posting these reviews for them to compensate me for their damages to my belongings. It took me physically finding these people to speak to in order to get any sort of response or acknowledgment. Complete negligence and lack of respect.

Moving in process was pretty easy, the stuff was helpful and informative enough. The apartment was clean. The apartment is spacious. The location is great - walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The garage is large enough to easily maneuver. I'd absolutely recommend living here.

All of them. Water and sewer, power, and trash. Water and trash are added on top of your rent every month and gets paid directly to Chelsea.
I would guess no on section 8 housing... it is a higher end apartment complex with secure parking, doorstep garbage pickuo and a gorgeous courtyard.. all pets are DNA sampled so to I.D. owners who dont pickup pet waste and fine them for breaking complex rules. So based on knowing a good number of the people living there, the expensive vehicles they drive and the monthly rents, I would be pretty comfortable in saying "No" to section 8 housing... but a call to the rental office there would give you a definitive answer.
