Beautiful property! We were right by a pond with tons of small wildlife, and loved it. The apartment was great, spacious 2 bedroom for 3 people and a couple pets. Loved the wood fireplace in the winter and the sunlight was great in the summer. The management was always on top of fixing things promptly and the staff that would be in home doing repairs was courteous and quick. The property is always very well maintained and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

All service requests were handled quickly and were well done. The unit is in good shape but with normal use over the year(s) there will be small things to be fixed. This includes appliance seals, closet doors, light bulbs, minor toilet issues, and even some porch work. Absolutely fantastic service.

We've been lucky enough to be here for many years. The location is the best kept secret in Kirkland. We have seen managers come and go, and the same with maintenance. We've seen corners cut, and residents leaving unhappy. Not now. Currently, the crew in the Leasing Office and the Maintenance crew are the best we've ever experienced renting, here or anywhere. If there is a problem, maintenance will provide speedy service and will make it right guaranteed. I'm talking workable solutions, not spitballs and bailing wire fixes. Communication between the office and maintenance is good as well. The office staff is very helpful, Jenny and Alexandra are top notch service providers and their concern for residents is their top priority from what I can tell. The last owners of the complex let the place run down into the ground in so many areas, and AMC is taking the bull by the horns and bit by bit are getting this place respectable and beautiful once more. The staff at the Preserve at Forbes Creek has been wonderful during the duration of our stay. The Leasing Team was amazing when we initially inquired about the apartment and during the move-in process. Any time we've had a question or a maintenance request, we've received a prompt and helpful response. Anyone who has visited the apartment for inspections or repairs has been very pleasant and professional. The facilities are well-maintained and our kids have really enjoyed the pools, etc. It has been a great temporary home for us during our house remodel and we really appreciate the staff at the complex.
