Whenever I went to DC I always see this structure and never knew what it was. Today I went looking for it and found out it is an air force memorial. It is very cool and tall it can be seen from miles away.

I was there at the beginning of September. Parking is on site and is free.
No, there is no interment available at the Memorial.
If you want pictures with no one there, I would suggest you go there when it first opens, early in the morning. Be at the gate first thing.
Ask the gate guard... I think as long as there's a leach on, you'll be fine.
Its awesome especially at night. Just amazing
