I've gone with National several time now and very impressed with their service and quick system from entering the facilities to getting on the road. But recently had a accident on the last trip and the customer service was a 10. Austin was very helpful, fast, and thorough. Weird part was the system wasn't able to export and email a PDF of the agreement, but he used his personal device to convert it to PDF and email it to me for my claim. Good employees are hard to find these days.
