Do you have to hear to a lot of car noise here? I am looking for a condo in a place relatively free of motorists honking their horns at each other all day and night.

Depends on where the unit is located. If the unit faces the pool/garden it'll be quiet; if it faces any of the streets which surround the buildings you'll hear road noise.

Where is the parking for this? And is it difficult or far away from the building entrances?

Parking garage is located under the buildings. Each unit should come with at least one space.
