Phenomenal customer service! I had an excellent experience at this store. I had some confusion regarding how to return an item from an online retailer. The staff went above and beyond to help me sort it out and get my merchandise sent back quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Terrible pricing. Do not ship from here. I shipped a package via UPS from this store and was charged $27. A week later I had to take another box with the exact weight, dimensions, and insurance and shipping priority and I took it directly to the UPS store and was charged $16. The Parcel Plus was nearly double the cost. Avoid.

The worst. I needed to get a notary signature for a DHL parcel I was shipping out and you would have thought I was asking for a one-way ticket to the moon. After waiting 30 minutes for the manager to make her way to the front, she was rude and unprofessional. That'll be the first and last time I ever give them my business again.

Yes we do take pre paid labels for FedEx, UPS and DHL for free as long as they are taped up. Thanks
