I was really, and I mean really tentative to join a boxing gym. I’m pretty shy and not really into fighting or violence but I was convinced to join by a friend and ended up learning so much about myself and feel like I gained some real confidence. I didn’t know I was capable of some of the physical output i demonstrate now on a regular basis. The instructors are also really nice and know how to bring out the best in you. I’d recommend this for anyone who loves boxing, athletics, or is willing to step outside of their comfort zone.

This gym is incredible in so many ways. I came in this summer with no experience in martial arts. I'm not only in best shape of my life, but I have developed a solid set of boxing fundamentals in the short time I've been here. The front desk staff (Dan, Malcolm, and others) are incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere they facilitate makes this place feel like a second home. The instructors are all fantastic at both pushing you to work hard and teaching you correct technique. I spent a good deal of time with Antoine, Jeff, and Malcolm and would highly recommend all 3. If you want a change of pace from the heavy bag I would highly recommend the morning classes with Jeff and Malcolm. They have an extremely welcoming community that made room for a beginner like me. I was so grateful for their consistent effort to give me little pointers and suggestions. So grateful I got to spend a large part of my summer here in this gym. Definitely recommend.
