I had been there before, their staff behind the counter was asking for a lot of my personal information just to ship a small package, they said I wouldn't be able to ship unless I surrender my personal info to them. The rude attitude of all three of the employees was very concerning, I've not meet such rude and dismissive people in this town.

Honestly I came 15 minutes before they opened and I noticed it was only 1 employee opening. I waited outside and there were 4 more people lining up behind me waiting for the opening. The employee had a phone to answer and at the same time attending all the customers. I think that they do not deserve such a low rating because regardless of how low staffed they are...they always try their best to stay open and serve the customers. Thank you for staying open. (First come first serve)

The person at the counter with the blue and pink hair was great. I had to ship back some of my ex’s stuff and was not feeling too good when I walked in. Their banter and quick service turned my attitude around.

I've spent 10 minutes reading everyone else's reviews. I'll just said Reiko is the girl with glasses who everyone is talking about. I truly hope you find happiness somewhere, but I suspect it will never be at your current job. A manager told me a while back that I have the ability to set the tone of work for everyone else; every other employee and every customer. She asked that I try to be aware of that and to choose to spread happiness and fun instead of misery. Reiko, you made me a little less happy today, and that's ok, but please do yourself and everyone else a favor and watch that energy. You were very rude to me and at least one other customer who I heard you speak to and this is not an isolated incident. I'm still giving 5 stars because I know how important that number is to whomever owns this location and to the other employees, but I definitely got 1 star service today. Choose happiness.
