The MA rushed my mother's staple removal as though she had better places to be. She rushed us out of the room despite mobility issues. Oh...and she left a staple behind which we later found embedded and healing into the wound. Other staff mixed bag but haven't liked the behavior of the doctors. Office should be routed.

ProOrtho is threatening to send me to collections for not paying for a service that was never rendered (A phone eval. Phone call never received). I've contacted them FOUR times but they ignore me. With false charges, I recommend going somewhere else.

I have been a patient of Sarah and Dr. Nelson since October 2019. In the past 2 yrs., I've experienced incremental improvements (aka less pain, increasing life enjoyment). Between 2011 & 2019, I struggled with multiple diagnoses and treatments (from multiple MDs & US locations) that at best improved my pain for a week. Regardless of what I came to Sarah with, she is not only willing to actively listen, but also to use her expertise + innovative thinking, always leading to less or no pain. I've gone from my life revolving around my pain to hiking 250+ miles through the pandemic! I thank the universe for such amazing healthcare providers everyday.

After months of physical therapy and unclear MRIs, I was referred to Dr. Samuel Koo. His patient bedside manner is very professional, calm, and straightforward. We discussed various options and I took some time to think things over before deciding to ultimately do surgery. The process was very straightforward and streamlined, they gave me a folder with detailed information at my pre-op appointment and gave clear instructions for surgery day. The surgery team was amazing, the anesthesiology team were so kind and explained exactly what they were doing. I opted for a shorter nerve block and am very glad that I did. The recovery is long and challenging. Make sure you have a great physical therapist that you can trust if you're going through with surgery and do everything they tell you to do. My shoulder was being a bit stubborn through recovery and Claudia recommended adding massage therapy and a round of muscle relaxants which really helped me turn the corner. I'm almost 6 months post op and I am starting to do the things I haven't been able to do in over a year. Thank you to everyone involved in this process!

Sorry, I do not know. Look it up online.

Are all your services covered by medicare, or are there services that result in Part B ExcessCharges? Thank you. Bruno Vogele

I thought the entire clinic covered all services in part B. I have seen Dr Koo & his PA, Claudia, Dr Stone & Dr Hall & have not had excess charges.
