I recently did my facial here! First they increased the price at the time of billing by saying our prices have increased, morning they said $79 and billed $89! The lady who did my facial recommended chemical peel and UV light (upgrade $40) Now my face looks more dull, more acne, not cleaned in just 4 days! I paid $145 to get this! They don’t even clean the nose for dead skin, what’s the point of facial ladies!

I have recently become a customer here, and I am very impressed. I spoke with both owners, John and Becky, who were both very kind. I understand that they recently took over ownership of the spa. I have had both a massage and a facial—both were top notch. I highly recommend the Himalayan stones as an add on for the massage. Thanks again, and I look forward to coming back soon!

I have had one of the worst experience with the appointment booking service in this spa. I had a massage appointment with a male therapist at 4:30 PM on Sunday, December 19. I got a call at 11:30 AM on the same day that my appointment had been booked by mistake on a day that this therapist takes care of his daughter, so it had to be canceled. I was rebooked to Thursday, December 23 at 7:30 PM. I called few times on Monday and Tuesday to see if I can get an earlier appointment because there was an opening showing on the website for Tuesday evening, but I was told that the online system isn’t accurate and this therapist was out sick. Finally, on Thursday, December 23, I called around 11:30 AM asking if I could shorten my appointment to 30 mins or cancel, but I was told that I would be charged as I was canceling less than 24 hours prior to my appointment. I asked for a call from a manager and I received a call from someone who identified herself as the “owner”. The owner did not seem to care about the situation and instead , said to me that I was the only client who stated the the therapist was out with his daughter on the day my original appointment was canceled, because that isn’t the day he looks after his daughter, and my appointment was canceled because he had the rotavirus. It seemed to me like she didn’t believe what I was saying. How would I know that the male therapist (who I have never met) has a daughter if that wasn’t what I was told by the receptionist when my original appointment was canceled? Additionally, she asked me why my appointment was booked as an “introductory” appointment when I had been there 6 times. I told her that this booking was completed by the receptionist and when I had called, I had identified myself as a former client with my full name and phone number, so I had no knowledge of this. Anyhow, I am going for my appointment today, but this is my last visit to this location after this unfortunate experience, which was made worse by the call back from the owner. I used to enjoy going to this location was a regular client before COVID, but sadly, this situation has soured my experience. Hopefully, there are other owners/managers who care about the business and how they treat their customers, and this feedback will be useful to them for interacting with future clients.

I was so happy with their basic facial. It was through a promotion. The esthetician was really nice and explained all the different products and their purposes. It was so relaxing I dozed off for a few minutes. My skin looked really hydrated and well cared for! I’m sure I’ll be back.

Questions & Answers

If I schedule BOTH a facial and massage, how much lead time does the appointment setter need?

Just a couple days. They are very accommodating and well staffed

What kind of massages are there at this location?

Best is the relaxation style with long connecting strokes from head to toe. Treatment and deep tissue costs extra because it's much more intense and the THERAPISTS paid extra in professional courses to provide it for you. Oh, and their Himalayan Sea Salt Stone Massage is wonderful!
