The billing department for Evergreen Radia is atrocious. Zero stars. This is a company that is in place to help people but seemingly is intent on making them gouge their eyes out with sewing needles and roll around in vomit.

They will adjust your bill and ask you to pay more even after you paid off the full balance 6 months ago! I paid the full balance in Sep 2021, and they confirmed the balance was 0 at that time. Today I received a SMS saying there is new balance on my account. I logged in and found that they made some adjustment and increased the original bill without any explanation. Is it even legal that they increase your bill 6 months after you paid the full amount ?

Absolutely horrible! This office lost the check my insurance company sent multiple times so I arranged a call with my insurance agent and Radia billing and to resolve quickly, paid over the phone. After almost a year later, behind my back I found out they were still claiming unpaid billing and kept charging my insurance as well as reporting to the collections agency. Even till today, Radia claims there is a fee for insufficient funds that I owe. Whenever I talk to Radia billing reps they are apologetic and confirms this is a mistake and will be closed out.

The facility is located within blocks of Evergreen Hospital, and close to many local doctor offices around the Village at Totemlake shopping center area. I've been to this location more then a handful of times and find the staff nice and helpful. The waiting room is clean and they offer hot tea and coffee which is nice while waiting for your appointment. They have a TV in the waiting room, and normally during all my appointments there was some kind of nature show on so very family friendly which I always nice. I went there this time after my doctor appointment and checked in at the desk, I was a walk in and from start to finish I was there for about 15 mins. This is not always the case, they can be very busy at times. I would call and schedule an appointment, if you don't have time to wait. I recommend them, they even bill my insurance which is really helpful.

We have a wide-bore MRI, relaxation masks and a patient comfort system, including video screens, warm blankets and soothing lighting. This allows patients who are claustrophobic to have their scan done in an MRI that shows the best images and also to feel relaxed and comfortable.
Not that I know of.
They have never offered that to me, and I've had multiple MRI's. If your particular situation requires it, i would call them up and discuss
