The standard exhibit portion of the experience was of the highest quality, as informative and accurate as a temporary installation at an excellent art museum. The 3-D experience of his bust and the vase was a nice warm-up to the Immersive Experience with the presentation on all four walls AND the floors. The art station for children is a fabulous touch; I watched children awestruck to see their work projected on a wall. Finally, the Virtual Reality experience: just fantastic. I didn't know what to expect, and I loved being able to 'tour' the countryside and harbor Van Gogh painted.

This is something unique - different than what I've done before. There's lots of art to look at (reproductions of course) but there's also audio, video stuff, 3D representations, and lots of printed info for those of us who want to learn more about the man and his art. The VR tour feature is part of the VIP package, but also can be purchased on site for an extra $5. It was worth it. The VIP package also includes the choice of several exclusive posters at the gift shop at the end, plus a chance to skip the line while entering. There wasn't one when we came. It was busy but not crowded. That's why they make you make reservations. We loved it. I highly recommend it.

It was a very unique experience to enjoy Vincent Van Gogh arts. We booked the tickets in advance so no waiting line to enter. The immersive room was very entertain and relaxing. You can grab any empty chairs to sit or just sit on the ground to enjoy 360 degree of vivid colorful Gogh's art works. They're very visual art effects. Note: It was a very bad and non-functional parking system across the street from the exhibit. I'd recommend using the exhibit parking or somewhere else.

Wow, just wow!! I was told by a few people how incredible the show was, and what we experienced was mind-blowing. Get your tickets now before it's over and get the VIP. Make sure you give yourself an hour at minimum to take in all the readings and the ability to look at each piece of art. Download the Van Goug app and follow the guide on the audio tour with your headphones. Then, make sure you do the virtual experience at the end. It really is incredible! Definitely more than 5 stars!

Good luck Linda! There is no phone number to contact and NO info on the site regarding this :(
Children under 5 do not require a ticket.
I went on 3/21/22 and I wasn’t asked for proof of vaccination.
Reach out thru the website for the customer service number give them a call and let them know what happened and they should be able to take care of it
Yes, that is vaccinated
Their is nothing to steal so they don't care.
Right next to the ramp near the front door.
Good climate control for hot or cold days year round
Hello Herb, Thanks for contacting Fever! Consider it a donation to an awesome event. It is a wonderful experience to donate
As of 3/21, no proof of vaccine was required. Masks are required and there’s still a limit of 200 people in the exhibit.
Screen shot the QR codes from the tickets and text it to whoever you want to send them to is the easiest way.
If you don't have the second dose yet but can produce a negative COVID-19 test within 48-72 hours of visiting they will probably accept it. You can call and check with them.
Virtual Reality
For 5 dollars more you do VR thing after your done viewing the exhibit. I believe there is a coat check. Also 10 dollars parking in front of venue, but you can find free parking down the street.
One the event website under FAQ it mentions to contact them and they might be able to reschedule. Use 'contact us' option to reach out to them.
No, its not cancelled. Your tickets are still good. Only the venue had changed. Go and enjoy.
No, but at the the halfway point drinks (water, wine and other alcoholic beverages) are sold. No food.

You are masked during the whole experience, but there is no formal social distancing in effect that I experienced.
Yes Alana...it did require an app that was easily downloaded and used. However one can find free street parking.
There were other children that im pretty sure were not vaccinated there but they checked for every adult.
Children are allowed in, and they would probably enjoy looking at the pictures and artwork. But Van Gogh does have a bit of a somber to depressing tone at times and there is a lot of reading about the artworks and his life.
Hello, Thanks for contacting Fever! 1. No, only visitors aged 12 or older will need to provide evidence of a full COVID-19 vaccination (meaning two weeks have passed since their final shot) or a COVID-19 test certificate made at least 72 hours before the ticket date. 2. No, free entry for children under 4 years old, which means they do not need a ticket. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else, Best Regards
It is at your own pace but probable about an hour or so.
It's a lot of walking... I was glad I had a scooter. Not sure if they have them, I didn't see any. (It was a great experience, do the VR at the end!)
Yes there is a gravel parking lot right outside that you can pay for with an app
There were young kids there as we left. They did ask adults to show Vax cards. But obviously kids don't have that to show. Can't remember if the kids were masked, TBH. These days I barely see masks it is so common.
