My wife and I were unable to attend the Van Gogh Experience yesterday (April 4th), because the ferry cancelled service at the last minute. The Fever ticketing agency has refused to let us use our tickets at a later date. What can we do?

Don't use the Fever app, its awfull. Just go there again and explain and they likely understand and let you in.

I would just go there & explain what happened. We had a little snafu with our tickets when we arrived but they were very accommodating & we worked it out. They were very nice about the issue & resolved it quickly
