Screen shot the QR codes from the tickets and text it to whoever you want to send them to is the easiest way.
You could probably just send the email with the ticket qr codes to him if he has a phone and he can show it at the door. Or send screen shots of the tickets. That's what my husband did for me is send ms the screen shot of the qr code and it worked.
They didn't ask for I'd when we went.
There's an option on the fever app that allows you to transfer your tickets.
