As of 3/21/22, no proof of vaccination was required to enter. Masks are required.

What the requirement is for King County at the date is what they follow. If they’re of an allowable age to get the vaccination and are not vaccinated, you should have a current covid test with results. I saw people there with babies.

I don't know if you have been already, but children under 12 don't have to show proof of vaccination per an email I received.
