Hi -- my husband and I were turned away from admittance on the morning of the vandalism of the venue in Seattle. We never got a phone call for a refund of our VIP tickets or rescheduling our visit. Can someone reach out or refund us?

Reach out thru the website for the customer service number give them a call and let them know what happened and they should be able to take care of it

You have to contact them, don't expect them to contact you first. My friend got her tickets replaced for another circumstance although it did take a while.
