Paid for a *claim*repair an had a appointment arrived at 410-420 pm. And was told oh we close at 7 we can't fix your phone we are working on 1.... n my manager is leaving in 30.. so what as a manager stay there until the job is done.. now I have to file a formal complaint for this issue also nice try giving me the wrong phone number for corporate...Google is a good search engine 👍

Walked right in on my appt, Explain the problem briefly and said he knew exactly how to fix it. Had my phone back to me in 10 minutes. Super friendly, great service, very happy that they could get my phone back to working for me. 10/10

Dropped off our phone at 5:18 pm, he told us it will be ready in two hours. Which would be 7:30 pm. Called the store at 6:50 pm to see if our phone was ready for pick up, because we finished our dinner a little early. He said yes, but they close at 7 pm. We told him ok, and that we were coming over because we were right next door at the restaurant. At 7 pm, we arrived to the doors locked and lights out. He then came out of the back of the store and walked out the front door with his backpack and locked the front door. We asked if we could have our phone he said, there’s nothing he can do because he already shut the drawer down and walked away. Just upset because we told him we were right nextdoor, and he closed the drawer before closing time (7pm)

Brought my granddaughter's phone to the uBreakiFix store in New Port Richey Florida for possible charging port replacement and the staff found foreign objects stuffed in the charging port. They removed then within minutes, phone is fixed, they didn’t charge a cent for their service. Great customer's service. I highly recommend them in the future. Keep up the good work and thanks.
