Went to the grand opening today. Waited 2 hours...decent about of product available today. As always the employees are great...better location but not enough parking. Had to park next door at the CVS. Happy that my order wasn't canceled this time 😏🤣. Picked up some free swag...not much to offer tbh.

Best best BEST first time going into a dispenser. I was nervous, because, well this is all new for me!!! Met with Chelsi O. and I have to say that I'm a bit more schooled on all the products and have an array of goodies to try out for my prescription. This was an easy and pleased experience and I honestly can't wait to go back and see what new things they have in 😀

I have never had an issue, in fact everyone is always pleasant and well knowledgeable. My only complaint is when I received text messages that my order was received at 9am another to say order is packed and ready for delivery between 1PM- 7pm and will be contacted when on the way, so I waited and NOWBODY SHOWED UP. Needless to say I was disappointed!!

These guys make it hard for other Trulieves to compete. This was my main Trulieve until the Port Richey one opened, which is significantly closer to home. But I will be making the trip to stay with this store. They ALL love their jobs, or at least pretend very well! Everyone is so vibrant, happy, welcoming. It’s a really nice energy. They are knowledgeable, VERY FAST, and overall do an amazing job. Not to mention they package orders so fast. Normally the longest I ever wait to have my order packaged and ready to pick up is an hour. It’s often ready before then. You all are AMAZING, keep it up! & thanks for always taking care of me :-)

I did at the location in Tampa. As long as you have a card or are in the system you should be able to get stuff, not completely sure if you have to have the card I just used my patient # and they looked it up that way.
Yes Alan... You can Google a local M.M. doctor-(for your area), get an appoint. Set up. And than you and your doctor can go from there.! You should look up Dr. P. Markus...! -(he is educated and is easier on the wallet than the others...!). (Get signed up with him and get your patient I.D. card, and email).
Unfortunately, the New Port Richey (and all other locations) do not have a direct line that someone can contact. Instead, we have a customer call center that can get ahold of us to verify information if you needed to place an order or have something corrected.
