I was a fan of this place since it’s accessible as UIC student, but what I don’t get is that I return my item and I’m still waiting for my refund. Literally the only email I received is that my return item was received and will be processed when it’s scanned. It’s literally in the lockers and I made sure to scan the code to return the item.

Dropped off my return and it was never scanned as received.

Just went to to drop off my return as a first timer. The guy over the counter was very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended

Amazon@UIC can give out free 15 mins parking at UIC Parking Structure, ask Amazon Staff for detail
This store holds your packages for 15 days upon the arrival date. After those 15 days, the item is returned to the sender or shipped back to Amazon for an automatic refund.
Yes. Its a drop off. They have staff on standby
Just talk to the front desk and give them the tracking number they should be able to pull it frm the back
No you do not. You need the Amazon app on your phone to scan a locker and receive your items.
Yes
They have clear bags in which to put your items. Boxes not necessary since they put everything in boxes to return, unless your item is big.
Anyone can. I'm not a student and I've picked up multiple times. It's on the 2nd floor. Take the escalator up.
You just park there. Leave your lights flashing.
Amazon @ UIC is completely free to use for all Amazon members, regardless of your account subscription status.
The day you are picking up your package, you can be in and out of the store with your packages in a few seconds by pressing a "Get Pick Up Code" button that was sent to your email or you can find it in the item in "My Orders" on the Amazon app. In a few moments, that same page will display a bar code with instructions above it that direct you to a specific locker number to scan. Upon arriving, have your bar code ready and walk up to the designated locker (or counter) to scan your bar code and you'll be able to retrieve your package.
Amazon @ UIC has kiosks that you can use to start a return and print out a return label for your specific items. They also have clear shipping bags, tape, and other supplies. All of this is completely free!
