Most disgusting place I have ever been to. I went there for a drug test and the toilet I used was extremely dirty. Then the guy manipulated the collected specimen without gloves and didn't even wash hands after. He used a pen that he handled me after to sign.

Zero stars if I could! My employer sent me here to get a drug screening wish I could've chose my own place. For starts the woman at the front desk sucks! She is very unprofessional and rude! Not sure of her name but she has a heavy African accent. She is not helpful in any way and doesn't greet you. I had to come back cause I couldn't "go" and she had an attitude because of me wasting her time when I said I had to "go". I came back today 4/30 and wanted to check in at 8:35 she told me I couldn't because of COVID. I WAS LITERALLY THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE. So now I have to wait until 9AM to check in. Since my initial visit to now my 2nd visit the attitude hasn't changed. Glad I won't have to revisit!

Worst….. I checked in 35 minutes before ny appointment time, still I was not able to do my drug test on time. This facility is the worst. Employees are just sitting and just having fun while we are waiting.
