I had an appointment today and when I arrived the office had been closed for a few days because of repairs. I NEVER received a call saying they would be closed and how I should reschedule with another site. Very disrespectful of ones time.😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

This location opens at 7 am. Waited from 6:55 am to 8:00 am, no one was there. Called customer service, they didn't seem to care. I'd rate it 0 stars if I could.

There is no free parking. You would need to find a metered spot on the street or park in a nearby garage
no parking, but close to the "L" and Redline trains
