This review isn't for the facility. It's the staff. Very rude and not willing to help. I was there waiting and this woman in her 50s just asked if she was going to be called soon because her name disappeared from the board. She had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a shorter Hispanic looking lady(didn't see a name tag) Employee didn't try to help or explain, lady said I was a walk in and the employee just snapped at her and said well you need an appointment so you can go home and make one. Did not offer any kind of help and quickly dismissed her. She just kept saying we're by appointment only and they just changed the rules. There is nothing posted on kiosk or door that enforces that policy. It says that appointments are recommended so you dont have to wait. This employee was so rude to this older woman who just ended up walking out because she obviously was not getting any help from anyone there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in and lady who came out was rude and said I couldn't be seen because I was with my baby. "Can't come back unless you have a babysitter, we can't see you because of your baby". Maybe make it a note somewhere on the website or on the phone?
