Fire Charlotte now, she has nothing but disdain for the public she gets paid to serve. Shes a disgrace, calling police to try to harm the citizens on her behalf, while being completely ignorant of the rights of said public. Even after being educated she continues to try to dictate behavior she deems unacceptable. Fire her now.

Not a resident of either the county or USofA, but i saw the audit video posted on youtube today, 29.05.22 witch shows the staff beeing rude, condesending and completely ignorant of the rules they are supposed to abide by... Their feelings was more important than the actual rules..., even after beeing told the reality by a police officer. Started spewing nonsens about the auditor breaking the HIPAA rules, witch i as an foreigner know only applies to the medical staff, and not the public... The staff is supposed to make privacy possible by having conference rooms and so on..., it's not the publics consern..., with or without a camera..., witch is totally legal to use in public areas..., see the first amendment... Shameful conduct by public servants!

I visited the Health Department for the first time today and it was the worst experience I ever had. I guess because I'm a food truck owner, that makes me stupid, because of how they spoke to me. I thought expanding my business would benefit the County and us but if this is how people are treated, I might need to rethink it. The two African ladies, we're unpleasant and unhelpful. The security employee related to me, that he got "threwed out" because he asked the staff if someone could speak with me in regards to my application. My sincere apologies for getting you in trouble. Thanks for your help. I still did not get to drop my application off, after driving in the rain for an hour to get there. I guess my application won't be approved now due to this review but I don't care. #customerserviceisimportant
