I go here often with people who are sent to me from homeless shelters or women shelters. This location is one of the best that I've been to. The security guard is a little quiet at times but once you get her to smile she's great! The employees are reserved but do their best to help you. People must Remember that these employees are used to dealing with people who are excited and stressed out and scared. And at times this fear can cause them to be disrespectful to them. They are so used to this that they expect it. If you want them to be kind please be kind to them. I've hardly ever been mistreated and I'm always respectful. One employee was very rude despite my kindness but that's just her demeanor. The worst thing about social services is the phones. I've never gotten someone on their main line. Call the office if you need a person to speak to. Their letters they mail have been delayed by months and many have lost benefits due to this. Be vigalant and go into the office!!! Do not go online or call main number or you'll never reach a person. The call wait times are hours long. I waited 4 hours and no one answered. The call back option never works. Tried 5 times and did not get a call once. Once we went in problem was solved immediately. Good luck and keep your head up!

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional employees at this location. The security thugs think they run the place. Every employee in that building to should be ashamed.
