***Moved out 3 months ago and haven’t seen our security deposit. After multiple conversations with the front office, customer service directed me to call corporate and work with them? Not sure that’s entirely appropriate; this is the front offices job. Help, please!*** Otherwise: pros—Great grounds and good parking. Cons—really poor energy efficiency and units are getting pretty old, without any recent updates in the last couple decades. Lots of things were breaking given the age, such as AC blower, oven, dry, refrigerator, garbage disposal, etc. & maintenance seems stretched really thin with all the issues.

DON’T LIVE HERE!! I’m not sure why my previous review was removed, but please know that this apartment complex is not the one you want to live in. The management team, maintenance, and support staff are all terribly unhelpful and unprofessional. I’ve had 4-5 major leaks/floods in my apartment, my garage door has currently been inoperable for over a week, mold in bedrooms, carpet being replaced multiple times due to leaks, AC has been out for extended periods of time, we’ve had to have industrial size dehumidifiers MULTIPLE times running for more than a week for MULTIPLE weeks due to all the leaks/flood caused from broken HVAC/neighbors HVAC/neighbors bathroom, we’ve been out of at least 1 of our bedrooms for several weeks due to these repairs, energy bill increased several times due to having to run dehumidifier 24/7 for weeks, the list goes on. The property manager, Sherrell, won’t even take a moment to speak to me or my family about the many issues here. The team treats me and my family like we’re the problem, ignoring us and our requests and failing to communicate anything to us even when they promise they’ll “give you a call”. Five star reviews are fake or from people who don’t live here. This is the WORST place I’ve ever lived and it will be the worst place you’ve lived too. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had a great experience touring this apartment complex! It is a peaceful community with well-maintained facilities, a nice common space and gym, and many different apartment sizes/layouts including ones with attached garages. Aija was very responsive and friendly during my interactions with her and answered any questions I had. Though I did not end up moving here, the application process was quick and easy and I would recommend Berkshire Annapolis Bay to anyone searching for an apartment!

I am in the process of looking for an apartment to move into this summer. The costumer service has been top notch. Aija is extremely organized and provides excellent information. I am still in the process of looking but Berkshire is one of my top choices secondary to Aija’s help
