Since moving to bayridge some years ago there have been MANYS property mangers.The new manger is the only one that that kept her word with me and is doing the things that are supposed to be done here at the property. i hope this continues until one day the property is completely a place where anyone that lives or moves here is proud to live here .the resident services coordinator has been very helpful to the community and so glad shes here . the new maintenance crew is great and hope they will stay for a while .

Bay Ridge Gardens is a wonderful low-income based housing community. Regardless of what happens on the outside of the homes, there are very good places. Maintenance is very dependable, and so is the resident service coordinator Ms. Phyillis. They all help bring the community to a better view and there help with the children is very helpful and important to us residents.
