I used to really enjoy Southwest but lately not so much. It seems every time I turn around they are canceling flights, extra delayed and overbooked. I am hoping this is just a temporary bump in the road. I understand things happen, but this is getting crazy.

I only fly Southwest. They have free check in on one bag, and you can bring 1 sm luggage, and carry-on. I've never had any issues with SW. You can cancel and save ticket for later, or add to any other flight. Check-in is easy

Flying Southwest was an experience in itself. Going I started in ONT changed planes in San Jose then LAS. Then we had a delay for about 1hr then on yo HOU to ATL. All those landings were a little bumpy. Coming home from ATL we stopped in Kansas City to dropoff and pickup then on to LAS Those landings were the best Capt. Mark touch downs were real smooth. Just saddened inflight food isn't served anymore because of COVID and you gotta have deep pockets to buy food in the airports these days. Thank you all the flight attendant's and those who work the wheelchair service. It was a great help.

After a long time SIP. Heard a lot of bad experiences when traveling with airlines. Actual experience was not bad at all rather more pleasant wait. No delay, friendly staffs and surprisingly the seat 💺 is more roomy than expected. Free texting, movies and live TV. Internet is $8
