I left my contact information as it instruct people to do and someone will contact you back in 2 hours but it never the less happened for that matter it's been day's. I had others to call as well but no one ever answers or return calls back, sadly we had a urgent matter and needed legal advice and or assistance especially during this pandemic with the covid 19. Timely manner is necessary when limiting to places to go with very little to no resources and have to wait day's is just not relevant.

So that's a little complex, first there has to be a legitimate reason, such as a repair but if the building is being bulldozed what reason is being given for entry? You have the right to refuse entry unless there is a court order, also you have the right to be present at an agreed upon time & date, California has a tenants rights handbook with a guide, you can google it & the pdf link to pdf will pop up, the landlord can not enter your unit without a legitimate reason bottom line is that you have exclusive pocession as long as you pay rent
Yes they have local numbers, depending what office location you are trying to reach, but they ONLY do intake of NEW cases via the 800 #, go to a payphone or borrow a phone if you need to open a case. P.s. the 800# can be busy often.
NO. & Social Security must notify you at the address you have on file. ALL actions that effect your benefits must be in writing.
You need an appointment.
Am I supposed to go step by step Because the receptionist in court Just gave me a package to fill out AND file in court. What do I do. I don't understand most of the questions or how to answer them.
