If your trying to get an application to move here definitely speak with Carolina! She was the best leasing agent that I’ve worked with to-date. I’ve dealt with so many other agents in the past (other complexes) that forget so many pieces of information that are required so, the application process dragged on and on. With Carolina she was very clear about everything and was very responsive. She collected everything needed and questioned everything to ensure I had everything needed to process my application. Every-time I had a question she was quick to respond and clarified everything for me. She got my application done so fast and the move in date was heading my way. It was a great customer service experience. Highly recommend working with her for your move.

By far, one of the best apartment complexes in San Jose! Been here for a couple of years now and still can't believe how lucky we got with finding this place. High ceilings (even on the ground floor), plentiful outdoor patio space for each unit, full sized washer & dryers, and well groomed grounds. The lake and it's little bridges and fountains make walks around the property very relaxing and enjoyable! Shared community amenities are also very well upkept - 2 pools, a gym, clubhouse, car charging stations and our favorite, the new XL dog park with a dog washing station! The Maintenance Team (specifically Jorge, Miranda, and Arturo) are so nice and accommodating. It's especially helpful that you can message the team via the Essex App for maintenance requests. Their response time is almost as fast as Priscilla's from the main office!

The apartment is amazing. I enjoyed staying there for 4 months. There was some issue with the move out payment but Erica and Faith were able to quickly resolve those issues. Also, huge shout to resident app where you can get any issue resolved within in a couple of hours.

Yes. Proof of renters insurance must be provided to your leasing agent prior to your move-in date. For specific information, including required coverage amounts for your community, contact a leasing agent.
You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new home, we’ll help you transfer to a comparable home within the same community, or you can choose to break your lease penalty-free within the first 30 days of move-in. Some restrictions may apply.
