We went to apply here, my husband and I started with the procedures and they asked us to pay the Moneygram $ 25 for each one, all of that was given to us, they summoned us 1 time after delivering most of the requirements and they could not attend us, my husband had to lose work hours Then I came back and a person was in charge, and he made an appointment for me another day, because that day he could not attend to me, I went on the day that he made an appointment and, in a very bad way, a cleaning lady told me that there was no one in the offices, a month had passed. and there is still no one who can attend.

I currently live here it’s great and all but maintenance will take a while for them to fix, it been getting hotter day by day and the AC is yet to be fixed, don’t come here Unless you don’t care bout how they treat you

I give them a 5 stars even though the place is worn out, but beside that I never have a major issues here. I've lived here for over a year. It's not the stone point apartment so you got what you pay for. Suddenly my income change, if wasn't for that I'll keep the apartment for a while even though I'm not agree 100% with the parking lot policy.
