Attention, walk in’s are no longer encouraged, instead make an an appointment online. When you get there enter the appointment code and wait shortly. Best advice, let them do their job and stay quiet. I’ve learned that this staff doesn’t care for small talk. Unfriendly but they get the job done and at the end of the day I just want to get in and out as well although I like people with personalities which helps when you’re getting jabbed with a needle!

The only reason this place didn't get a one-star review for me is that the first time I went there they were actually pretty professional. But the phlebotomist that just worked on me treated me like I was an unpleasant inconvenience to her and was completely rude, unprofessional and unkind. She told me some things might not be covered, and when I asked her to clarify she just dismissed me and went back to work. A little later she said some of the details of my costs facing away from me while there was noise in the room and when I asked her repeat herself she treated me like I was stupid and responded pretty sarcastically. "You heard me say 40 dollars didn't you?" I don't really post stuff about places unless the service is particularly bad and I wouldn't want to go back there ever again. I definitely wouldn't want to run into this unpleasant person again if I could avoid it.

I wrote a nice review long time ago. But today I had a completely different experience. Very rude staff with zero compassion and accommodation. Not going to go into details but the way they handled things completely stressed me out and not only ruined my day, but affected my health as well. the management really needs to be concerned about how to train their staff.
